Terms and Conditions
Daily Rate Includes
- The service of a licensed professional hunter and the use of a well
equipped hunting vehicle.
- Camp staff, skinner and tracking services.
- Full accommodation, all meals during Safari and drinks (wine/beer, soft
drinks & fruit juices).
- Daily laundry & maid service.
- Field transport.
- Concession area fees.
- Fully equipped medical kit.
Daily Rate Excludes
Hunting license : permit and Trophy fees.
Transport from and to Windhoek Airport.
Air Charters.
Accommodation and travel costs, international air fare before and after
the contract period of the safari and airport rates.
Transport to other areas on client's request.
Field preparation of trophies and transportation thereof to shipping
agent.
Freight agents packing and shipping.
Taxidermist charges and export of trophies from Namibia to your country.
Leopard baiting.
Personal Items.
Rifle rentals at US$ /Euro 50.00 per day and ammunition at cost, if
required.
Firearm import / export permits.
Gratuity to professional hunter and members of staff.
Hard Alcohol.
Telephone, Fax, and E-mail service's.
Changes to safari itinerary or other details requested by client.
15% Government VAT on accommodation and other services rendered (VAT is not
applicable on export trophies).
Bookings, Reservations and Payment
- Your Safari is booked and reserved only when Nick Nolte Hunting Safari Cc
receives a deposit of 50% of the daily fees for the designated length of the
safari. The balance of the daily fees, the trophy fees, the government VAT and
the fees for other excluded services (i.e. transportation, hunting licence
etc), are calculated on completion of the Safari before departure.
The deposit for your hunt can be paid into our Namibian bank account by a
Swift/Telegraphic transfer, we will supply you with our bank details, on
request.
Only bank draft, travelers cheque's or cash will be accepted at the end of
the safari.
No credit cards or personal cheques can or will be accepted.
Cancellations
- If a Safari is canceled more than 180 days prior to the agreed
commencement date, the down payment less expenses incurred will be refunded.
If canceled within 180 days prior to date of commencement, no portion of
the safari down payment shall be refunded.
Full deposits can be carried forward for a Safari at a later date - when
re-booked for the following year, the new price list will be applicable.
We strongly suggest purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
Other Conditions
The arrival and departure day is charged as a one full day.
All wounded game not found will be regarded as hunted, trophy fee fully
payable.
The client is obliged to notify the outfitter of any special health
conditions (i.e. heart problems, diabetes, asthma, allergies, etc.) at least
ten days prior to the arrival date.
Plains game hunts - minimum 8 days.
Leopard, Cheetah or Eland hunting - minimum of 14 days.
